Construction Project Manager

Orange County, CA
Position Description:
Integrates procurement in the project management process and project business teams at project startup. Organizes, controls and monitors all procurement activities involved in the installation of building energy controls, fire alarm, and security system projects.
Requirements:
Extensive experience as a Project Manager involved in a construction related environment.
Construction involvement should include, but not be limited to Building controls and automation, including HVAC, Fire and Security Systems.
Experience working on Government construction-related projects that include building automation and other energy saving items, e.g. lighting, solar energy, water conservation and geo-thermal installations.
Experience with writing installation and equipment purchase orders/subcontract agreements that support the areas described above.
Compensation:
$80,000 - $100,000 Estimated Annual Salary plus 10% bonus potential
