Engineering Manager

Position Description:
Leadership of the California Operation, technical, continuous improvement, quality and environmental, health and safety systems. Equipment/Facilities maintenance and optimization. Site environmental/health/safety results and programs management and regulatory compliance. Oversee quality management function to ensure compliance to specifications and quality management programs(ISO 9001). Major capital project management; vendor selection; project definition/design/installation/start-up/construction management, annual budget planning. Manufacturing process improvement - process reliability and efficiency measurement/analysis, equipment downtime reduction, standard cost reduction and throughput improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
10 to 20 years progressive experience in manufacturing operations employing extensive automation and lean manufacturing methodology.
Compensation:
$100,000 - $124,000 Estimated Annual Salary plus target bonus of 20%
