Maintenance Supervisor

Inland Empire, CA
Position Description:
The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing hourly maintenance mechanics and technicians in sustaining proper and efficient working order for all processing equipment and components.
Responsibilities Include:
Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs for production equipment.
Provide maintenance leadership and training to ensure department goals are met.
Manage daily staffing and effective allocation of labor, repair parts, and outside services.
Track and report maintenance downtime/data.
Ensure the completion of work specific to blueprints, specifications and standards.
Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
Analyze and resolve work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems.
Confers with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments.
Drive continuous improvement and total employee involvement.
Requirements:
5- 7 Years Maintenance Supervisory Experience.
Ability to work off shift and weekends.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communications skills.
Result Oriented.
Strong understanding of technology, machinery and costs.
Working knowledge of electrical's, PLC's, Hydraulics, Pneumatics and mechanical systems, Packaging and processing equipment.
Strong working knowledge of Ammonia refrigeration, Process freezers and coolers.
Proper and safe operation of shop and fabricating machinery.
Must have good computer skills, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and be able to learn and utilize maintenance management systems.
Should be knowledgeable of GMP's, HACCP, USDA guidelines and regulatory compliance.
Compensation:
$60,000 - $70,000 Estimated Annual Salary.
