Supply Chain / Planner

Position Description:
Fortune 500 Consumer Packaged Goods company is seeking a take-charge individual with 10 years experience in Distribution, Supply Chain, and Operations. The selected candidate will go through a fast-track management development program that leads to becoming Department Manager. Experience in Manufacturing, WMS, MRP, DRP, Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Kaizen a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Scheduling of truck departure times
Maintaining MRP Systems
Interaction with order processing departments
Creating and maintaining all administrative files and controls
Coaching, mentoring and training as well as handling all employee relations issues
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree required preferably in technical field (Engineering degree is a plus)
10 years experience in planning / forecasting management preferred, internship experience can apply
Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical problem-solving skills
Must be proficient in MS Office (Access is a plus), Excel, MRP, ERP, DRP
Compensation:
$50,000 - $70,000 Estimated Annual Salary plus bonus
