Careers in Transition (CIT) is a division of Jeff Kroh Associates which is responsible for helping individuals with outplacement counseling. Candidates learn how to prepare an effective resume, how best to present themselves with a company, the type of jobs for which they are best suited, and how the current job market will affect them.

CIT will prepare, counsel and guide any individual seeking a successful transition in today’s changing career marketplace. We at CIT offer out-placement counseling workshops for individuals seeking a career continuation program that works! Our workshops provide a systematic counseling process using proven techniques to guide individuals through often difficult career transitions with confidence.
